Eating Protein After Workout!?How Long?

Do i have to eat some protein right after my workout?because i eat lunch at 2,then i workout...n i dont think im going to eat until dinner around 6...

should i just skip lunch and go straight to working out b4 lunch?

  1. u want to have a lunch full of coplex carbs 1hr before ur workout like whole grain bread or oats fruits some meats or protein in there also..then u workout say at like 3-330 done around 430 eat dinner at 6 and ull be fine u should eat every 3hrs 4 hrs aint gonna kill ya and after a workout for best results eat 30-45mins after cuz it fuels ur muscles right up if u have whey protein and simple carbs but if u eating a dinner 1hr and 30mins after no biggie ur still gonna get results as long as u eat enough food total throughout the day and good food! so realistically if u  eat every 3hrs to keep up ur muscle mass better ud be eating no more than 2hrs after a workout

  5. yes you should.  you need to get a good amount of protein after you work out.  i usually make a good snack.  two peanut butter sandwiches and a glass of milk.  thats about 30 grams of protein.  u should eat something about an hour before lifting for energy something with some protein and carbs.  and if u really want to see good results invest in a supplement like a protein shake.  i recently started taking muscle milk.  i drink one shake an hour before i workout and another one after.  and one before i go to bed and i have already noticed considerable gains.  i can lift more and i've noticed im starting to get bigger.  dont forget to rest so your muscles can recover
