  1. Raw veggies like tomatoes, capsicum, cabbage, spinach are good options for a start

  2. I would slowly encorporate raw foods into your diet. Completely switching to a high raw food diet can mess with your digestive system. I would start with a salad for lunch and eat more fresh fruit. Once you got a taste for it, raw food will probably become your prefered choice.

I eat about 40% raw foods after I started a vegetarian diet. With the increase:

    1.) I feel fresher.

2.) My skin seems to have an easier time clearing up.

3.) My mentral cycles have lessen in pain. But that might be because of the lack of meat.

4.) It takes longer for my food to digest, however, I stay full longer. Instead of feeling stuffed instantly but hungry later, I feel hungry for 30 minutes but stuffed 4 hours later. So eat your food well before you get hungry.

However, my bathroom is experience is not so nice.

    Other foods of choice -

    Hummus and Guacamole!

  3. try japanese food like sashimi its really not that bad

  4. Get a few good books. I have a small collection of them but have not gone raw yet (I've made some of the recipes).

One book I highly recommend is Ani Phyo's book about raw food. I made a raw pumpkin seed mylk that was delish! She has some easy recipes, which is important when you are trying to accomplish this. Also, David Wolfe's book called "The Sunfood Success System" is great on a multitude of levels (also great for personal achievements).

  5. veggies silly
