I have suffered from depression a couple of months ago and i have started to get obsessed with my weight. When i came back from hospital, i put on a lot of weight (the food in a mentally ill hospital is really fattening) and a lot of people commented on me putting weight on. I now only eat :B: nothingL: water and peanutsD: soupam i gonna lose weight fast by doing this? or am i just being stupid..throwing my self from one problem to another? I think its nice to be in control of my food intake when i cant seem to be able to control anything else...please help :( im very confused16 bdw
