  1. I've had the pita and it is delicious. I am one of those people who gets the same few things everytime so I haven't tried the other entrees.  My kids have had the pasta (good) and the chicken platter (nasty).

  2. Black beans and steamed veggies would be the best bet for Apps/sides. These items have more fiber and protein and will make you feel fuller for longer.

Entrees: your worse option, Citrus fire chicken and shrimp Fajitas (1360 cal, 73 g fat, 4,570 sodium). Your best is Sizzle & Spice Firecracker Tilapia (paired with sautee mushrooms, steamed brocolli and onions an peppers) It gas 470 cal, 23 g of fat and 1,520 of sodium. Chicken Fajita pita also has 450 cals.

Kids menu: Grilled chick platter or pasta with marinara sauce. Remember, side it with veggies, preferibly steamed veggies.
