Eating healthy at school?

well i recently lost 5 lbs. i am 5'4 and weigh 115. i am happy at this weight, i just want to tone up. however the school lunches we have are NOT healthy at all. i am thinking that if i eat a luna bar or fiber one for breakfast that will be good, but what about lunch?? I only eat turkey lunch meat and i love fruits and veggies. does anybody have any tips on what i can eat for lunch that will fill me up but wont make me gain weight. it would also be great if it helped build muscle. thanks

  1. just pack your own lunch, build muscle with weights or certain exercises, tons on the internet

Pack your lunch.  For drinks choose water, v8 juice, cranberry juice or anything like that.  You can back pasta, turkey or ham sandwiches, my fav is that can chicken with crackers.  It has high protein so its a good choice and good for you.  Grapes, strawberries or another fruit for dessert.  Carrots, a salad or celery good things too. Make sure you use whole wheat.

  3. well if u eat school lunch its veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery unhealthy and water is very healthy and fills u up and also try some apples and mixed fruits.
