if you can, give me a full description of ur "healthiest" 6'' sub.. cuz let's face it.. a footlong is probably too much. (even if u can finish it)

or just create the ultimate fantasy sub (HEALTHY) with extras too.. like spinach, avocado

  1. mustard, no mayo. no cheese.

i always get a roasted chicken breast, fresh spinach, oil and vinegar, and salt & pepper.

  2. For me, I eat one of their salads. yum

  3. here's what i love:  start with turkey (or the club or the ham/turkey) on wheat.  NO cheese (saves fat! - and you really can't taste the cheese anyways).  add lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives, spinach, pickles, s&p, yellow mustard.  the mustard and pickles give a salty kick, which i really like and the mound of veggies makes the sandwich seem huge!  add the yogurt (protein) or the apple slices and a diet soda or water.  pretty darn good 'fast food' meal.

  4. with meat it would be turkey (otherwise get the veggie one)

no mayo or oil or any sauces (vinegar is ok)

get any veggies you want but no cheese!

Oh and on Whole wheat bread

  5. Well...personally...I'm a grilled chicken, spinach leaves, black olives, and onions fan.  And whatever you get would probably be healthiest on the wheat bread.  Just no matter what, don't get the meatball sub!  Although it tastes good, it is HORRIBLE on the thighs.  =)
