I know you're supposed to eat 6 times a day every 2 hours to lose weight better, but how can you when you get 1-2 lunch breaks during working hours and can't afford to buy and maintain 6 diverse lunches

  1. They dont have to be big meals. Its actually 3 meals and 2 snacks, some people even just have 4-5 meals a day.

Breakfast: Eat what you usually do, oatmeal, oats, toast, cereal, egg whites, etc

Snack: Something small like a piece of fruit (e.g: apple, strawberries, mandarine, watermelon)

Lunch: Have what you usually have for lunch, whether it'd be a sandwich or soup or tuna or whatever

Snack: Fruit or small portion of nuts with low-fat yogurt

Dinner: Have what you usually have for dinner, skinless chicken, salmon, tuna, soup, vegies, etc

Snack (optional): You can either have a small snack here like low fat yogurt or maybe just a green tea.

So really, its not much to have.. just small meals & snacks, and they should be too pricey!

  2. Eating 6 times a day doesn´t mean you eat 6 lunches!!

It means you take very small snacks like every two hours; say you eat an apple, then a couple of hours later a fruit yogurt etc. Only one out of six should be a real lunch, but if you´re on diet to loose weight it´s meant to be small too.
