Eating in Newport, Oregon?

Where is the BEST place to eat seafood in Newport, Oregon?

I LOVE Kyllo's! I live in Vancouver but grew up on the Oregon Coast and always try to hit up Kyllo's on the way home.  The atmosphere is nicer than a lot of places at the coast so there is generally a long wait during the dinner hour on weekends so be sure to call ahead of time.  Here's a link I found with directions:

It's slightly north of Newport in Otter Rock (south of Depoe Bay and north of Beverly Beach) but it's a very short car ride.

Kylo's is in Lincoln City, but it's delish and has a really nice casual but upscale feel. Blackfish in Lincoln City is also pretty good. But Kylo's has an amazing view of the ocean.

I've been there several times..there is this one restaurant that I thought was O.K. ... Riley's... a local ma and pa kind of place.
