Question:

Eating opened pasta sauce 4 weeks old?

What is the most that could happen? I noticed a small spot of white hairy mold on the lid after I had used it. Am I going to get sick?

maybe not, but you probably shouldn't have eaten it, you might vomit-not gonna die or anything

Did u notice after you ate it? If you ate it and it tasted okay then you'll be okay. The most you will have is some tummy ache or vomiting. Next time you'll check!! :)

Vegetable mold could be really dangerous. If you haven't experienced anything yet, that's good, means you don't have a sensitivity and won't need to go to the hospital. You might get stomach aches, your best bet for that would be some advil, motrin or a tylenol and a few trips to the washroom. If you start feeling really sick. Don't worry, this should only last a day. MAKE SURE TO SLEEP! It helps a lot
