  1. i think its all mental ....... dont think about it

  2. I use to live a block from the Mexican border, and the best thing to do is go to places that are well known in whatever town you are dining in.

Also, don't eat from a vendor on the side of the road, they do not have the same rules and regulations as cart vendors in the USA.

  3. you go to  El Bajío

  4. Stop going to Mexico to eat. They have Mexican food here too.

  5. Quit eating there then

  6. The main thing that causes gastrointestinal distress is the water.  Try to avoid drinking any water (other than bottled), or having any drinks that have ice in them.

Don't eat raw foods, as they will have been washed in the same water.

  7. Eat cooked foods, drink beer and margaritas, and bottled beverages, coke, water, etc.

  8. only drink from cans or bottles, no ice.  make sure the restaurant looks clean.  wash your hands before eating.

  9. eat in good restaurant's, not in the street, i can recommend some good nice restaurants, like

    Casa Plasencia (Mexican gourmet)

    Los Arcos (seafood)

    La Diferencia (Mexican gourmet)

    Saverios Mediterraneo ( Italian-international)

    Cheripan (Argentinian food)

we have lots of very good places

  10. across where,tijuana?

bol corona,señor frog's type of restaurant

    never street vendors

only bottled water,no ice cream parlors-unless haagen daz-and then, why bother?

i'd say drink beer so u don't have to use ice for ur drink!

but when you are there i'd avoid drinking alcohol altogether,i'd say going there is just not safe, unless it is a big group and you all NOT HAVE ALCOHOL

    good luck
