I'm very familiar with the restaurants around the Inner Harbor area, but outside of that, what is the best restaurant for seafood in Baltimore?

  2. mari-luna on reisterstown road, near owings mills.  excellent, fresh, authentic mexican and fairly inexpensive, very casual.  BYOB.
