Eating out in Christchurch?

Question

I am from the UK and I am planning to get married in Chrishchurch next year to a New Zealander. I am not going down the traditional wedding route with a full on wedding reception, as it will probably be a small gathering. Can anyone please reccommend a restaurant in Christchurch where we could look into booking for a small gathering of people. I would like it to have a good reputation and be at the upper end of the dining scale! Any constructive help is appreciated.
