Can any one suggest some child friendly resturants in Central London. I am traveling there soon with my daughter and want it to be as much fun for her as possible!

  1. Try Giraffe along Southbank, or there is one in Wimbledon Village.

It goes great smoothies and burgers and has a lovely atmosphere.

Great place to take the kids.

  2. if you can't find any good places theres always McDonalads

  3. Try the Rainforest Cafe in Regents Street, they have a gift shop too and the atmosphere is great.

  4. If you want an "adult" restaurant that is kid friendly try Nando's - the one at Finchley Road O2 centre is great.

  5. take your children to the hard rock cafe,or the rainforest cafe  and tgi fridays,my daughter aged 8 loves it and i also have a 10 month old too and the above restaurants i think are child friendly and fun too

  6. Why go out, let the kids do the cooking that way they will appreciate it more, that is if your kids are old enough to cook. If not why not help them. It will certainly teach them you dont always have to go out to enjoy food.

Do something easy like pizza, they can put there own design on, burgers are so easy to make aswell.

  7. The Rainforest cafe is great fun, but get there early or you will have to queue (not much fun with kids)

We found loads of good places around Leister Square, including the Capital cafe (not sure if that's still there).  Best way to find out is to go in and have a look, or ask if they mind kids. During the day we find most places now are quite good with children.

  8. Garfunkels - a chain of restaurants serving a range of foods, many suitable for children.

Also the Harvester chain is great for kids and adults.

  9. A happy meal at McDonalds and u get a free toy

  10. chinkies in soho are child friendly.

its a shame the food is so atrocious.

  11. sorry to be negative about other answers, but rainforest cafe is a big themed rip-off.

try wagamama for great food and child-friendly service. my children also love yo! sushi because of the robots and conveyor belts - and there's lots of things that children love (fried rice, chicken, teriyaki etc) if they won't tolerate sushi.  also, bodean's for brilliant barbecue (with children's den and tv) in soho, or any branch of giraffe.

mcdonalds?  don't even think about it...

  12. try any Harvester, food is great and reasonably
