Eating out tonight - please suggest a type a restaurant to go to?

Its too hard to choose - Anything but fast-food. I would be grateful for suggestions ty

If it is with family i would suggest something not too formal if kids are there. Maybe like a family friendly Mexican restaurant, those are always fun.

If it is more formal then maybe Italian is always yummy.

My personal favourite is Italian and Chinese.

I would suggest going to Bella Pasta, if there is one near you and asking for "Marco Polo." Either the penne pasta or the pizza is good.

It may sound strange but it is pasta/pizza with duck in plum sauce. Almost a cross between Italian and Chinese.

Try eating Persian food if you are in London I am sure there will be places where you can try this out.  They do very nice rice dishes and great meat cooked on coal fires. Failing that try Turkish food.  Go to Efes in London there is one in Covent Garden. The lamb chops are the best.

My favourite is the local tapas (spanish restaurant) you get to choose loads of little dishes and get lots of bread with the meal, nice beer and olives. yum!
