Well, I have a slight eating problem. I somewhat have an eating disorder. I'm very careful about what I eat. I always read the labels and kind of obsess about my weight. I don't eat very much anymore, and I feel sick most of the time after eating. When I do eat I don't eat always eat right. I have lost a lot of weight and have most of the signs and symptoms. I'm probably slightly malnurished. There is something wrong with my fingers. They feel weird. I don't know how to describe it. They don't work as well as they used to. Could my eating habits be causing this?

  1. One can eat light, yet still eat healthy. Reading the labels is a good thing if you're looking for healthy ingredients.

Try to eat less processed foods and more whole foods.

  2. It could.

maybe you are getting weaker and your muscles are going

it seems to affect us in the strangest ways...my mouth hurt to talk or eat or smile. it felt like I had no muscle there.

but I am in recovery. so that was the past

maybe you should seek some help

but that could be an issue
