Eating problem? please help?

i have been trying to lose weight but it seems like i have been gaining weight cause i seem to be more hungry and eat more and it seems like i cant stop eating.it feels like im eating every minute of the day. how do i stop this? please help

  1. your gonna want to eat more when you work out. its ok if you eat good healthy foods like apples, bananas, and so on. try eating healthy after you work out and drink plenty of water. hang in there. you can do it. but remember..... stay safe!


  2. instead of eating 3 big meals a day eat 3 small meals and a snack and MAKE SURE you eat breakfast

  3. every time you are graving something water or fruit will do the trick or wait 15 mins the signal that your brain is sending to your stomach will shut off  

  4. You must be stressed about something. If you are, find what makes you stressed and stop it. If you can't, then do things that would distract you, like a hobby. This happened to me before, i was really stressed out about something, couldn't stop it so i found a hobby and it worked.

  5. Well I had the same problem as well.

    I've started yesterday but everytime I'm hungry and it's not Breakfast Lunch or Dinner, I just drink a glass of cold water and the hunger feeling goes away. You should try it.
