I haven't eaten in three days and I've only been drinking water.
I'm not trying not to eat on purpose, it's just all the stress I'm under right now, and all the anxiety I have about certain things in my life at the moment.
Seriously every time I try to eat, I feel nauseous and then I don't want it anymore.
And if I take one bite of, say an apple, I instantly feel full and don't want it anymore.
Is there anything I can do because I feel REALLY sick right now and it's scaring me.
