Question:

Eating problems, how to deal with them?

so far I've managed to lose nearly half of my body mass over a span of 1.5 years. I went from 113 kg (248.6 lbs) to 66 kg (145.2 lbs), although that I still got some fat around my hip and my butt. yes I am a guy but sadly my weight gain is of a pear shape and those last bits are hard to come off.

I exercise regularly but I know for sure that my problem is more of a diet one, although I try hard to stick to a diet I sometimes fail due to the following reasons:

1. I can never satisfy my hunger unless the food is jammed all the way up to my throat. this gets really hard to control when people are around, in special occasions, parties, holidays where I feel obligated to eat just out of courtesy and politeness.

2. I am an emotional eater, yes my life is very stressful and depressing at times. and nothing beats a mood effector effect than a trip to KFC. >.>

3. since I am a middle eastern most food here is either made of red/white meat + endless mounds of white rice, turkey and brown rice is a bit expensive so I limit myself to wheat or brown bread but since I have no cooking skills mayo and ketchup gets really really boring, am simply bored of all food I've been eating.

I know that there is no simple solution to these but any advice will be greatly appreciated :>

    Yes you are right if you think that your problems are about nutrition - this is main problem for most of the people.

    I think and actually I discovered during my experience that none nutrition tips can help you if your problem is psychical.

    Solution is to take care of your psychic - find motivation, mentor, guide, philosophy  or something inspiration to keep your mind strong.

    It is better to make efforts to find something like that than trying to struggle against hunger . This is not a bullshit.

    I am trying to write about this topic in my blog bellow, because I think this is hard problem for much people.

    You can go there regularly if you want to find something like that or some weight loss tips, but remember no matter what you choose to do be careful with your psychical condition.

  2. Well, you should try eating more fruits and veggies because they'll fill you up super fast in whatever quantity since they're heavy in fiber and maybe after that you should try eating wheat bread
