Eating salad good for you ?

Is eating a bit of salad every day good for you ive been trying to get some before a dinner so i wont get so full!! does salad make you loose weight?

  1. Yes it is good for you - as long as you don't eat like a pound of it at a time, LOL

    I usually eat about 1-2 cups.

Salads are good for you as a part of a balanced diet, they provide the nutrients you need from green, leafy vegetables.  In and of themselves, they will not provide you with all the nutrients you need.  Be careful not to smother them with fat-laden dressings - use a vinaigrette instead of creamy dressings.

    Salads can be an aid to losing weight, but should not be all that you eat when dieting.  To help control appetite, eat more fiber in your meals.

  3. It's good for you just don't put on to much dressing and other fatty toppings!

  4. yea salad is good for you it will make you loose weight if you dont put fatty c**p on it and if yuo excersize
