Ok im really skinny not skinny like sick kind of skinny but just real skinny and im 13 n a half and weight 85 pounds when i should weigh atleast 115 =] i usually eat like lunch at skool n dinner dats it! 2 meals a day which is not good. so if i eat 3 big meals n a small desert like ice cream will i get fatter by may... and what if i eat small meals like 5 or 6 times will i get fatter by may =] plz tell me

  1. eat what you like but more than you normally do,don&#039;t get obsessed by food and what you weigh, or what not to eat, theres more things to life,eat a big desert,why a small one? and if yu want to put on weight drink milk,it&#039;s actually good for you and is a good source of protein


  2. i am the same wayy!!! I normally only eat two meals too so I would love to found out :] I have been doing butt squats and stuff actually and I have noticed a great improvment on my lower half of my body in only a week. Go to youtube and type in &quot;8 minute buns&quot; worked for me :]

  4. carboload. basically, eat whenever and whatever you can if you really want to get heavier. but if i dont know how tall you are then i can&#039;t really help because if you&#039;re really short then 85 may be a good weight. but you should eat medium size meals 4-6 times a day. either will work though.

  5. If you want to put on weight, do it by eating more protien, like nuts and lean meats (chicken).  Try protien bars, etc.  Don&#039;t do it by eating dessert and &quot;bad stuff&quot;.

  8. Ok, so basically you need to put on weight so eat more. You may not feel like it but you need to if you don&#039;t start putting on weight now it may cause you problems with periods and stuff.

    Many Athletes eat 5-6 small meals a day to get there energy and they loose weight and they eat small meals so I wouldn&#039;t suggest you do that.

    Eat Breakfast maybe Apiece of toast and Cereal or a Quasont and cereal - just allow your self enough time, For Lunch each something quite fatty like pasty or pie but maybe put vegetables in the pie or pasty so you are still getting all you nutrients and for dinner each something like jacket potatoe with cheese and your favourite fillings so you are still getting some carbs and you may not need to have pudding but if you do want to have ice-cream with a sauce like chocolate or stawberry. Try different things and see what you like.
