Eating too much papaya?

So I bought this HUGE papaya from the grocery store yesterday. Its probably equal to about 3-4 small papayas. I ate the whole thing today...not at once though. Is it possible to eat too much papaya? Do you think It'll help me lose weight because of its help with constipation? Or be bad for my health?

  1. It is not bad for your health, eating natural is good for your body. Make sure that you get all your vitamins though. It may help with losing weight but not much, what will help is not eating any chemicals, or fat, drink a lot of water and after every meal drink papaya juice, it helps digest the food so it is not in your stomach so long building up so much fat.

  5. Papaya works as a laxative, so I wouldn't worry about any constipation! .... other than that, it's perfectly healthy to eat alot of papaya
