  1. Threaten with an eBay dispute. Winning an item is entering a legally binding contract, but you still can't force them to pay.

  2. I hate the new eBay rules.  The same thing happen to me so I filed a dispute and nothing happened.  Now the buyer ruined my perfect feedback rating of 7 years in one stupid transaction and I cant leave him negative feedback but he can to me.

  3. She should have emailed you BEFORE bidding to ask about shipping times.

You could claim a 'non paying bidder' dispute and you should get your selling fees back and leave her negative feedback.

  4. They are breaking the contract, however you cannot force them to pay. If you think it is worth it you can go over their head and bring legal matters into it.

  5. I thought the buyer had a time frame to back out.  So why not put the item back on and tell ebay to cut you some slack because the buyer backed out?

  6. Advise her you will open a dispute, she entered a contract with you when she submitted her bid confirmation.
