Ebay, buyers will you all still buy stuff on ebay now that you have no choice but to use Paypal?

My thing is there are still some that are skeptical about giving out their credit card info and prefer sending money orders or checks, (mostly older folks) i'm just asking for comments/feedback. i know as a seller it's better on me to get a check/money order/cash b/c that means no paying that paypal fee.

I'm considering not using Ebay anymore as a seller.  I have such a small profit margin to begin with, that the Paypal fees aren't going to be worth it.

personally i think paypal is so much easier because you dont have to take the time to go get a money order/use your cash or whatever. i didnt know people have no choice anymore- but almost everyone uses it already anyways! very few people use money orders etc. anyways. YES, i will still buy stuff   =P

I've been purchasing on Ebay for about 8 years.  I don't buy from sellers who don't accept Paypal.  I'm not giving out my credit card info to Ebay sellers and I'm not interested in spending money on money orders.  My Ebay habits will not change with their new policy.

hello - i use paypal, but do think that ebays new policy is very unpleasant and has made me not use them anymore.  paypal is great for larger purchases etc., but for the small payments that are so often part of ebay you loose so much money in the fees and paypal that you have to charge more and as both a buyer and seller the item becomes priced out of the market.  so personally it has made me look elsewhere.  good luck -
