right now my feed back score is 11.

to sell multipul items (which what i want to do) you have to have this:

have a PayPal account, and accept PayPal as a payment method on the listing, your feedback rating only needs to be 15.

how can i get my feed back rating to go up??? (atlease 4 points)

The only way is to buy or sell 4 more items. The easiest way to do that is to buy e-books (no shipping charge) that people sell cheap. I've seen some for as low as a penny. People who are selling them are also trying to add to their feed back ratings.
