  1. 3 days from closing date of auction. You have to state this in your listing or on the winning email that you send to the buyer.

  2. Give a buyer 5-7 days to make payment after that i would contact them and if they don't respond, contact ebay. Also state it in the description how many days , the buyer has to make payment/

  3. i would give him about 4 days, and then send a reminder

and then about a week after that, i think you can send what is basically a warning

  4. You have to describe on your listing how and when you want to get paid.

If you did not do that, then the wining bidder has 7 calendar days to pay you.

If the 7 days have gone by and you don't get a reply to emails or payment.

Report an unpaid item to eBay.  It is a drop down menu option to where it tells you print label.

    Hope that helps.

  5. As an ebay seller, you can set the terms and conditions  of your items including how long the the buyer should pay after the bidding period. However, usually the seller must wait seven days after a listing closes to file an Unpaid Item Dispute. Sellers can report an Unpaid Item up to 45 days after the transaction date (i.e. the date when the buyer commits to buying the item and the seller commits to selling it). You can read the Unpaid Item Process in the following ebay web page http://pages.ebay.ph/help/tp/unpaid-item...

  6. Wait a couple of days, I'd say 5 at the most. I'm not sure if Ebay has a policy or not on it, you should check out their website. I'd report after 5 days though, and after contacting the buyer.
