Ebay,Paypal Question?

Which method is best for deducting money for purchases on ebay:bank account or credit card(debit card in my cause because i don't have a credit card).

If you have it deducted from your debit card, it would be the same as from your checking account.  Both are equally safe through paypal

I don't quite understand?  Ebay and Paypal are basically one and the same.  Ebay is the company that you purchase things from, and Paypal, which is a Ebay affiliate, is an instituition by which you pay Ebay, and other companys.  It is totally safe, and used by hundreds of companys and millions of people.
