seller. i would use credit card. debit can be risky because you can monitor your credit card and decide what you pay monthly. But debit is instant. Make sure you also have security like Norton, trend micro, Mcafee, etc

99.999% of sellers require quick and fast payment upon ordering. Once they recieve it, then they ship it out. I dont even think "COD's" exist anymore because of all the scamming. But my advice to you would be to use paypal and no credit cards. paypal is safe and secure.
