Ebay Feedback!!!?

Question

Is 99.1% positive feedback (2271 items have been sold) a good person to buy from on ebay? It's an ipod case called "N525 Leather case pouch for ipod Classic 80GB 160GB G6" if you want to see the comments.

99.1 % is probably better then your local WalMart has, but you just don't get to see their feedback.

It's not bad for a Hong Kong PowerSeller.

The only reason I wouldn't consider buying from this seller is that he's in Hong Kong and if there's a problem with the item I'm not likely to be able to get it fixed or replaced (I'm in the UK). OTOH, this is a cheap non-electrical item that is very unlikely to go wrong and he doesn't appear to have loaded the shipping price. I'd also bear in mind that any goods - even cheap ones - shipped from China stand a high chance of being fakes.

I would be wary of the apparent communication problems, and the tendency to ship the wrong item. I wouldn't object to receiving an iPod instead of a leather case for one though ...

Yes, it is good.  Check their star rating as well.  When the feedback is 98% or lower, that is considered bad when they are a power-seller.

if their feedback percent is that high especially with that many comments it's a very good sign. if you very weary check and see what the negitive and neutral comments say.
