I recently sold an item, and the buyer was a "0" feedback buyer, who is new to Ebay, less then 30 days. Anyway, they paid and received item and now won't leave feedback. I left positive..what's the deal?

  1. A zero feedback buyer probably has no clue he is suppose to leave feedback.  You were new to ebay once too.

I would send them a polite email explaining it to him.

  2. Same happened to me. Maybe they made that account as a one off just to purchase your item and don't quite know the rules of ebay. You could always try to email them and ask them to. I'm afraid thats all that can be done =) x

  3. Since they are new - they either don't know the etiquette or they don't know how.

  4. If he's new, perhaps (s)he doesn't know it's expected. Never helps to ask.

  5. You can still E Mail them and ask for feedback.

They may have just needed your item and will never use E Bay again.

  6. They don't understand feedback etiquette. You can't really force them to leave feedback. Try sending an email asking if they're happy with the item, and remind them you would appreciate feedback (don't BEG, just remind them you appreciate it.)

  7. Send them a friendly reminder asking them to leave feedback.

Worst case, they've disappeared and you will have to go without that one positive feedback. It's not going to make or break your Ebay reputation.

  8. Feedback is interesting because half the ppl I deal with never leave it.

They aren't required to, but it is a good practice to.

You could give them a *reminder*, but really that is all you can do.

    Good Luck!
