Ebay Fraud?

Question

How can you prevent from being tricked into a faulty sale on Ebay. Recently I have noticed a lot of unusual user accounts from the US but when the sale is final hey ask to ship the item to places such as Nigeria and Germany. This takes place even when I specify in the buyer requirements that only domestic shipping to the continental US will take pace. What can you tell me that will help me from being tricked?
