Ebay ITEM NOT RECEIVED!!?

I bidded on an item and won, I payed right away through paypal. It has been almost a month now and I still haven't received the item (I don't think I will ever...) I already contacted the seller many times, filed a dispute which they didn't answer to and now I don't know what else to do... Is there any way to get my money back at least, I don't know how Ebay works with stuff like this... Is there even any point in filing a dispute? All I could do was give them a negative feedback. This has happened to me two times now and I want to avoid this at all cost.

If you used Pay Pay they guarantee that you will get your item File a complaint with them.

Contact your credit card company and file a "chargeback".  The credit card company will take your statement.  The credit card company will file a dispute against Paypal  and you should be able to get your charge credited back to your account with no problem.  That has happened to me before and I never deal with Paypal because of this (they have NO customer service at all) and I only bid on $20 and less on eBay.  I will get it at the store or a reputable online or catalog business for everything else.
