Ebay + Paypal?

Question

Is their a way to buy things off of ebay by only using paypal, Without requiring a ebay account? I heard this was possible SOMEWHERE but i have no idea if i misheard or something.

Maybe Im missing something :-) but the fun is making a bid & trying to get a bargain, not selling on eBay means you cant give feedback & only saves the seller listing & sale fee money.

No if your going to buy off ebay you need to sign up for a ebay account..no way around it...it's free to sign up.

My friend does that all the time. what you need to do is to find the email address of the seller. It is sometimes  at the item "description page" or "contact this seller".

Then ask them if they sell their product without using eBay. If they do, they will send you an invoice with paypal in to your email and when you pay, they will ship your item.

if you are buying off eBay you need an eBay account as well as your paypal account.  paypal does work with other companies and personal businesses to do transactions and perhaps this is the information you heard.

that is a sure way to get scammed!

you must have an ebay account to be able to bid. then sign up for a PAYPAL account.

if you buy on ebay the ONLY SAFE way to pay is through PAYPAL and fund it with your CREDIT CARD!

that way, if anything goes wrong, you have the option of filing for a CHARGEBACK from your CC company.

PAY SAFE, STAY SAFE!

There's no way, if there was a way around it eBay would go out of business, they make money by charging to list an item and get a cut of the sales (from the sellers fee)
