I was wondering can you pay things on ebay by Visa Electron or do i have to have paypal??

Depends on the seller's options... almost all will accept PayPal

Im pritty certain, you can sign up to paypal using your visa electron :)

and most people accept paypal :)

depends on what the person wants and pay pal is easy you just sign up with your shipping info and then you can use your visa through pay pal i have a pay pal and im only 14 and i can use my credit card/pre paid for it
