a seller has bought my item 5 days ago with buy it now and still hasnt paid are you allowed to do that because when i buy some thing with buy it now i pay immediately

File an unpaid item dispute. They will get a reminder/warning email from Ebay. If it is ignored, they will get an unpaid item strike.

Also, you can file for a fee credit, and you can resell the item.

Send them another invoice to remind them and if they don't pay, file an 'unpaid item' report with ebay.

no they are not supposed to.  BUT if you don't have it specified somewhere, IE: payment due at end of auction, or payment due within 3 days. etc..  than they may have an out.  What you can do is send them a reminder email, saying that this was a buy it now option, payment is way past due.  Tell them if there is no action, than you will take them to claims as non payment issue, and relist the item.  Give them like a 24 hour window.  after that, you are no longer obligated to the buyer.

You have to try to contact them through emails with reminders and all that before you take action.  also probably wise to put up somewhere that if they have less than 5 positive feedbacks, than they have to email you first.  I've weeded out a ton of bad apples this way.  If  you get a person bidding and not email you, you can go in and cancel their bid.  just make sure you state this on your auction page somewhere. good luck

i believe you need to go through the process of trying to contact him 1st...

dont be super quick to make a bad mark, someone did that to me, kinda pissed me off...i was in the hospital, and received the only bad mark i ahve ever gotten from an overanxious seller there

anyways, give the purchaser a chance...then if he is really s******g you, make sure to report him.  good luck

you should have stated that immidiate payment is required,

email the buyer and find out why they havnt paid yet.

if you get no reply, you have to wait 10 days till you can file a unpaid bidder dispute.

yes its allowed. You can file an unpaid dispute whenever you choose though and ebay will email the buyer
