Ebay-What kind of Paypal account should I use?

For all the ebayers out there. Do you use a Personal or Premier Paypal Account? I usually sell 1 item a week so which one should i use?

personal is free but you cant reach as many buyers this way bc you cant accept ccs for people that dont have paypal. Premier charged you for money you recieve from selling something or whatever goes into your paypal account(dont hold me to it but i think its less than 3%) and you can accept all forms of payment. I use a Premier

ebay is changing their payment policy and DSRs this September-october, only paypal or ccs through paypal will be accepted(no money orders of checks etc..unless local pickup). so i dont know if eBay/paypal will take these fees off being that people really dont have a choice anymore.
