Ebay and paypal question?

i sold an item through ebay and the buyer paid for it through paypal. i got an email sayin payment confirmed but the money hasnt shown up in my bank account. how long does it take for the money to go through? is it somethin like 11am the next day?

It usually is 24 hours, but can take up to 2 days.

I think also when you get the notice depends on when it would be deposited. Meaning if its received in he morning maybe quicker than late at night.

I have spoken to paypal about this before and was told that once the funds have shown up in my paypal account then there is no way the buyer can rescind the funds. So u can post the item without fear of the buyer receiving the item and also taking the money back.

For the money to go into your bank account, i THINK (although im not certain) u actually have to log onto paypal site and transfer the funds into your bank account. Many people keep it in their paypal account because they buy stuff with paypal and that money gets used. Think of it like a pot in your bank account exclusively for paypal.

Ebay pays twice a month the 15th and the 30th. Go to there site and click on Q and A's it will explain how you are paid.
