Ebay and paypal questions?

hey everyone! i was just wandering some questions about buying stuff on ebay.

were do i pick up the items i buy

whats safer? using ebay or paypal

can i use a debit card?

will i get in trouble? :P te-he

and

do i have to check stuff at the bank to let them no im using it online?

here is your answers......1.  whatever you buy gets shipped to your address     2. paypal is a way to pay....bank draft or credit card.....ebay is where you purchase things....yes you can use a debit but you have to verify your bank account first...3.  trouble? ...unless you stole the card or dont intend to buy....4. bank will know because it is your bank account.
