Ebay and paypal question…

I have sold an item on ebay about 3 weeks ago. On my ebay account it says payment received with a green colour. And it has been like this for more than 2 weeks.

But on my paypal account the money has not yet arrived although my paypal account is linked with ebay account.

I am a new user of ebay and paypal. I don’t know if I have to transfer funds form ebay to paypal or it just comes automatically form my ebay to paypal. If yes, how do I do it?

I thought if you have a paypal account linked with ebay when you sell the item the money should automatically come to your paypal account.

Help and advice please.

It should automatically show up in your paypal if they did pay through paypal. Make sure they did not pay in another way. Good Luck!
