Ebay auction problem? Want to get my money Back? Help?

The guy had 3 video game in the picture of the ebay listing. So i bid wanting all 3. But later i found out after i won the item and paid for it that only one of the games pictured was included in the auction. So what should i do? How do i get my money back? Can i get my money back?

Did you use Paypal?  If so, you can do a charge back and dispute it with paypal.

If not, contact eBay's trust and safety team and explain what happened.  They might be able to help you.

If you didn't use Paypal...your almost screwed.  Did the guy have a return policy?  If he did, then eBay will agree with you.  If you didn't or didn't have information on it...it is your word against his.

Good luck with that.  eBay can be a b*tch sometimes.

ALSO - If chargeback doesn't work, FILE A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL, for the item NOT AS DESCRIBED.
