Ebay beta slows and stalls my computer?

Question

I have tried the new beta for ebay canada and it is very very slow and stalls my computer...I have tried two computers and have the same problem....I have cleaned up my computer, tried the beta with pop up blocker, spyware and firewall off like ebay suggests and still dead slow.

Any ideas???

Ebay always has taken quiet a bit of ram to run.  I think it is like 128mb for some reason, not to mention the bandwidth of internet it takes to get the whole page downloaded at a time...
