is there a real job for 13-14 year olds on the internet that really

You have to be 18 to use eBay.  How did you open a Paypal account?  Did you use your parents' credit card?  

Collect cans, mow lawns, walk dogs, rake yards.

the word "buy" means to purchase an item or service with money. So, if you have no money you cannot buy anything, whether it be on Ebay or not.

Perhaps your time would be better spent in school  learning how money works. You have to have money or credit  to be able to buy anything. Unless you are a thief.

The only way is to use a credit card -- and then you have to pay the credit card bill at the end of the month.

We had a teenage (14) computer programmer.  Genius, that guy.  Another way is to sell stuff on EBay.
