Ebay buyer hasnt payed me?

they're new to ebay aswell

what should i do? it's been 5 days since they won the item

unless you stipulated payment time then at the mo theres not a lot you can do.

I usually put 'payment to be made within 7 days'. I email on day 5 after end of auction if they hvent payed and send them reminder invoice.

after the 7 days i send non paying bidder notice to ebay

as its only 5 days since end of auction id send them a reminder invoice and email then see where it goes from there

Email them, if you don't get a response after a few days, put up for sale again. Don't just report them, there may be a very good reason why they haven't paid yet.

re send them a notice to pay, and email them saying .... is there a problem etc et... if they do not answer you report them to ebay, you might get you final seller fees back, but you will prob end up relisting your item again, or offer it as a second chance to the previous bidder, if they wont pay there is nothing much you can do to make them

if they are new to ebay then i'd give them a chance.  Possibly just not familiar with the paying options yet and confused with paypal or something.  Send an email to say you are waiting for payment or you can send them an invoice and if the buyer doesnt respond to you then you can open a dispute or relist your item.

then just put for bid again, and you should complain to ebay. they will remove this user from the website.

As long as you haven't sent the item, it shouldn't be a problem. Send them a message if you haven't already done so and monitor the situation. If you are still unhappy and there is no contact then you should lodge a complaint with Ebay.

Dont send the item to the buyer and report straight away to ebay.
