  1. If you want to sell, do not send the goods until you have the money. Simple really.

  2. Hi Don't brake,  You will have to open an account in your older sister name if she is at least 18 or one of your parent will have to do it for you.

    A Friend,

  3. You need a debit or credit card to open a seller account, always make sure you have received payment and it has cleared before you post the goods. Also do not forget to add the cost of postage and packing on to the final price!

  4. PayPal is the best way to "eBay" and is also the most secure.

If you're 14, you can get a debit card with some banks (I have one with HSBC) and this can help you set up your eBay and your PayPal account.

  5. on e bay you do not send the goods till the money is paid!! that is the rules!! at the end of the auction of what your selling a invoice is sent to the winning bidder and he/she has 7 days to pay YOU thru paypal!!

set up a paypal account omline and that will be used to store your money till you want it!!

    good luck

  7. I reccomend getting paypal ( paypal is a secure way to transfer money).

You get charged 2 fee's on ebay an insertion fee and a final value fee once the item is sold.

You will need a credit card to pay these fee's to ebay.

Once the buyer has sent you the money via paypal you can send off the money.

Oh yeah it takes 3 days to sign up to a paypal account.

  8. yes you can get conned, tho its kinda hard to. i mean, if you're selling stuff on ebay, just wait until they pay for the item before shipping it out that way you dont get screwed over.

if your buying, its kinda hard to say cuz you could be buying something, and then you get it and pay for it and its nothing like what it said in the description, and then you never find that guy again. it sucks.

set up a paypal account, it takes a few days to verify, and you can use your bank account to withdraw funds into your paypal account and then you pay the insertion fees and final value fees from ebay using that. also, when someone buys something, they deposit the money into your paypal automatically, and its a lot quicker than a credit card.
