Ebay customer problem?

i put up an ipod on ebay and the winner had a 91% positive feedback, and now ebay wont let me leave negative feedback as a seller!

He won the ipod 4 days ago and still hasnt paid me.

I sent him several invoices and emails and he is not responding.

is there any way i can report this or do something?

E-Bay just recently changed their feedback policies.  Sellers may no longer leave negative feedback for buyers.  Sorry.

4 days is nothing  couldbe away on business/holidays or even ill,or the computer couldbe down.. Hate todo the biz with you..Ever thought may only get paid monthly....

Ebay's policy is that a bidder has 7 days to make payment for any product that is bought at auction or through the store.

So the winner has a couple more days.  All you can do is communicate with them, and be nice about it.  Right now with all the changes, the buyers are the ones that control the feedback system.  Not the sellers.

If you find that this buyer doesn't pay.  Then you can open a dispute with Ebay on this person.  It's a "non-paying" bidder.  And usually Ebay will refund you the costs that you paid for the sales of the product.

But take a breath, and don't put too much into it.  Maybe this is something that this person just hasn't gotten around to processing yet.  Yeah, I know it's lame.  But that's the nature of the beast.

Unfortunately sellers can no longer leave negative feedback. But you can claim your fees back by opening a dispute. Ebay will ask them to pay and if they don't, will refund your fees, so at can least you don't lose out. You can then relist it or ask the previous bidder if they want it.

Non payers used to get a non paying strike but I don't think that happens anymore, there doesn't seem to be any consequences for non payers!!
