does any one know how i can get a hold of ebay customer service i both something from a guy he ate my money and i never got the item i need to get a hold of them fast, in the best way i think would be in person

You are about to discover that the term "Ebay customer service" is an oxymoron.  Like the terms 'military intelligence' or 'Iraqi government'.  It's a combination of words that just do not go together.
