any bad experiences or good experiences? what do you do if you never get your product?

I have been using Ebay for a number of years, both buying and selling.  I have completed over 150 transactions and only had 1 bad experience.  My advice would be to use paypal for paying so that you are covered in case there is a problem.  Also, make sure you check feedback of the person you are looking to buy from.  There are many honest sellers out there.  Good luck and happy bidding.

ive been an avid ebay user for many years, both selling, and buying. my best advice for you is to open the account with paypal. when you buy something with paypal they protect you up to 2,000.00 dollars. that way if you never receive it they will refund your money. Or if it isnt what it was suppose to be or broken paypal takes care of that too. they contact the seller for you, and either you send it back for a refund of if the seller wont respond to paypal you automatically get your money back. ive had problems like that before and paypal always takes care of it for you. and as far as selling goes its a pain so you need time and a good stress level to do it. theres a lot of scammers out there so watch out. and only except payments through paypal. Selling or buying on eBay involves a lot of risks that most people don't realize until they get taken advantage of. I would recommend using a trusted third party like Jay Brokers that will handle eBay for you.

I have bought things from e-bay. I am lucky to say never had a problem.  Sold things also.  Let them know if your product  does not  come after so many days. Good Luck Pem

Hi, I am an eBay Powerseller. I have sold 13,000 items and rarely do my customers have any problems. If the seller uses delivery confirmation, your package can be tracked.
