ebay ! plz help?

Can you purchase something on ebay and then change your mind?

what happened is we bought somthing and the person said that she had the wrong email addres wit paypal and that we should email her the money so we canceled the payment and we thinks it is a scam so should we email the money or cancel the whole thing? if we do decide to cancel the whole thing how do we do so?

and if i report it what do i say?

this is what she said:

there has been a slight problem on my behalf ( and im so sorry) the wrong paypal e-mail address was put on the listing by accident (i guess u cant let kids do anything lol)

please cancel your first payment and then pay again using the correct PayPal email address which is **********@*******.com

but you will not be able to pay from the same listing directly though, in order for you to pay again to the correct email address, the you would need to either go to PayPal and

and click send money and choose to send it directly to my correct email

Contact ebay and let them tell you what to do. A lot of people have been getting screwed on ebay lately.
