Ebay help???

So....once someone has "won" your item, do you receive all the money right then/whenever they pay? and then send the item off?

Yes, money is collected by Paypal for Ebay and deposited directly into your checking account.  You are notified, so you know you can ship item out safely.

Hopefully you used PayPal and you received the money as soon as the auction ended. You should have put the method of payment in the listing in your auction.  Regardless, make sure you receive payment BEFORE you send your product! Keep records of shipping and tracking numbers. Also, it's a good idea to keep in touch with your buyer....makes for good points! :)  Good luck!

You reicieve the Moolahwhen the person decides to pay, then you send it. If the dont pay, u can file a dispute or something, Hope it helps

Yes, the money is usually sent directly to your PayPal account, which you will see immediately in your account, and then you can ship the item.  Do not send it until you get a payment confirmation from Paypal!!!!

You decide when the customers pay. Some sellers allow 3-10 business days to get paid. Some require immediate payment. You have to set it up in your options. Yes you send off the item once you receive payment. If they don't pay you, you can dispute that person.
