  1. leave it you may get more for it. Otherwise you can go to retract and take the item off - put back on as a buy it now for this person (will cost you ) but as I say leave it.

  2. If you know what price you would accept for an item you could have included a 'buy-it-now' option. However now that someone has placed a bid you will have to wait until the auction ends.

  3. you can't end it as it is, it's an auction with a time limit.

you could end the item, which would lose the bid, and then set it to 'buy it now' and ask the bidder to buy it straight away instead of them having to bid.

  4. When you put your item on ebay you either listed it for a certain number of days or as a "Buy It Now" item.

Unless the person purchased the item at your "Buy It Now" price, you cannot close the auction. The item will continue for the xxxx number of days listed.

  5. Go to MY EBAY Then SELLING RESOURCES then END MY LISTING EARLY

    Good luck

  6. you cant close it, keep going more of a bonus for you if u get more than you want, dont feel bad if people bid way more than it is sold for in the shops or more than what you think it is worth because some people choose ebay because they cant get to buy that item in the store or collectors, people spend what they think it is worth. go with it and if you are happy with the price now then the only other thing you can do is when the auction finishes and the price goes above what you already wanted, refund the difference to them when you post the item, it would make you feel better and the winner even happier and a guaranteed positive feedback!! hope this helps!

  7. http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/end_ea... this link explains how to !! :)

  8. Up until 12 hours before the original scheduled auction ending, you can end it yourself.  If you're saying the bidding has reached a point where you're ready 2 sell, just click on 'selling' on your My eBay page after u log in-the item will have several options-to the right hand side, there is a light blue rectangular box w/a little v-shape-click the little v and you will see the drop-down menu---click 'end listing;'-the next screen asks you WHY, and u click 'end and offer to highest bidder;'----very easy if NOBODY has bid on your item yet, you can add 'BUY IT NOW" for the price you want; if people have already started bidding, and u want to use BUY IT NOW, you'll need to cancel and relist-once people start bidding, u can make additions to the ad, but not changes....

  9. You can end an auction early and sell to highest bidder.

Go here http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll... and select "sell to high bidder"

Having said that, it is very rarely the best course of action. (Especially if you are selling a mobile phone and your bidder is in Africa.)

If you go to the Ebay community boards, you can get real expert help. http://hub.ebay.co.uk/community They will almost certainly advise against ending your auction early.

  10. Wait until the auction is over because someone might come by and bid higher. Then you'll get more money.

  11. Click on the "accept offer" link...
