Ebay help-what should I do

I sold an iPhone on ebay the other day and now the person is complaining saying he wants a refund because I accidentally put the item location in the UK but it is actually getting shipped from china. in the listing it says shipping will take upto 15 days and it hasnt been 15 days yet but I broke the rules of ebay by putting the item location wrong should I just give the person a refund

Was the listing listed "accidentally" in the UK, or was that done on purpose? Is the buyer in the UK?

The person should receive a refund because if you're in the United States and you buy an item that says it's in the United States, but it's really coming from China, then you're going to get mad because you're going to want that item soon. But you can definately sell it on eBay again and it should sell, just don't make the same mistake and you should be fine.

well it was just an accident but I guess they deserve a refund.
